What services do you offer?: We offer three services: Motion Graphics Ads, Websites, and Video Editing. Each has its own page with plans and pricing.
How does payment work?: You pay by card at checkout. Because each order starts custom work right away, we do not offer refunds once production has started. If you have not submitted your forms and production has not started, contact us at mucreativego@gmail.com and we will review your request.
Can I hold more than one plan in my cart?: No. Your cart holds one plan at a time. Adding a plan from a different service replaces the current one.
What happens after I pay?: Your project appears on the My Projects page. Open it to fill in your forms, check progress, and review what you sent us.
